Building flowers

I am mightly excited about the furniture classes next assignment.  I will be giving them images from Li Edelkoort’s exquisite magazine Bloom asking them to find an image that inspires them and then they are to design either a table or a bench for the beautiful gardens of Waverly Mansion down the road from us here.  They will be fabricating a small model via 3-d printers and illustrating the piece of furniture “in situ”.
