Sorry for the late post-we had a family looking for modernist architecture and historic site day!!!! Caleb and I had a blast and thanks to the Brooksville Menonite bakery and some awesome Meridian Thai Food-the child survived.  We are discovering the work of Chris Risher Sr. and Jr’s great modernist body of work in Meridian. Really, very good! This 1947 downtown building of Sr.’s rocks the bauhaus….There is little info on this family of architects, I have met Mr Risher Jr. and had one of the best conversations of my life about a book we were both reading……smart man, smart work.
